Direction deviation inspection position of PTFE conveyor belt and the solution:
1. Check the non-coincidence degree between the horizontal axis of idler and the vertical axis of PTFE belt conveyor. If the non coincidence value exceeds 3 mm, the strip-shaped mounting holes on both sides of the idler group shall be used for adjustment. Specifically, which side of the PTFE conveyor belt is biased, the same side of the roller group moves forward to the PTFE conveyor belt, or the other side moves to the right.
2. Check the error value of the two plans of the head and tail sound card frame installation with seat bearing. If the error of two plans is more than 1mm, the two plans can be adjusted in the same plane. The adjustment method of the overhead barrel is: if the PTFE conveyor belt deviates to the right of the barrel, the belt seat bearing on the right of the barrel should be moved forward or the left belt seat bearing should be moved right; if the PTFE conveyor belt deviates to the left of the barrel, the belt seat bearing on the left of the barrel should be moved forward or the right belt seat bearing should be moved right. The adjustment method of the end barrel is the reverse of that of the top barrel.
3. Check the position of raw materials on the PTFE conveyor belts. If the raw materials are not vertically centered on the cross section of the PTFE conveyor belt, the conveyor belt will deviate. If the raw material deviates to the right, the PTFE conveyor belt deviates to the left, and vice versa. In the application, the raw materials should be vertically centered as far as possible. In order to reduce or prevent the direction deviation of this kind of PTFE conveyor belt, the baffle plate can be raised and the orientation and position of raw materials can be changed.
