The application principle is to place the laminated cloth on the top layer and bottom layer of the photovoltaic modules respectively when the laminating machine presses the solar photovoltaic modules, which serves as the covering cloth and cloth liner. In order to prevent the EVA film and other substances from sticking to the laminating machine at high temperature, the anti-sticking property of laminated cloth is needed.
The Teflon high temperature cloth (laminated cloth) used in laminating machine is usually super wide with the thickness of 0.25 mm and 0.30 mm.
Small laminating machine (semi-automatic): The conventional width is within 1.25m;
Large laminating machine (full-automatic): The conventional width (super-wide) includes1.8m, 2.0m, 2.2m, 2.4m, etc., and the length is generally within 3.5m.
Teflon high temperature cloth can also be used as the conveyor belt of laminating machines. When the back plate is laminated, the material sequence is Teflon high temperature cloth + glass + EVA + battery chip + EVA + back plate + Teflon cloth. The anti-adhesion of Teflon high temperature cloth is mainly used to prevent EVA from sticking to the laminating machine.
General specifications: The width of 1.25 meters is enough for small laminating machines, and the width of 1.8 meters, 2.0 meters, 2.2 meters and 2.4 meters are all available in large laminating machines. The length is different but is generally within 6 meters.
The battery panel in the automatic laminating machine should be transported through a high temperature resistant and anti-sticking conveyor belt. Since the laminating machine is vacuous inside, there should be lines on the surface of the cloth and the tension of the conveyor belt should not be too high when conveying to prevent the cloth from absorbing the plate.
