One Side PTFE Coated Fiberglass Fabrics has 100% nonstick surface, chemical resistance and high tensile strength, the material is light weight but with extra smooth surface. One side PTFE fiberglass is produced under special process to make one side with PTFE coating to provide non-stick smooth surface and another side without any coating for typical applications.

In the carbon fiber products industry: Some carbon fiber panels are shaped by the compression molding process, one side Teflon impregnated fiberglass is used as a release sheet during this process. The fabric withstands temperature up to 260 ℃(500℉) for a long time working and max temperature to 360 ℃. One side surface is 100% nonstick, smooth and chemical resistant, another side is without coating, can be applied with adhesive, then stick the fabric on a hot plate to change to a nonstick surface.
